    Route 40 will be on detour on March 17, 2026, from 11:45 AM to 8:00 PM due to the McBride’s Pub St. Patrick’s Day event in Wayland Square.

    Outbound trips will travel the regular route to Waterman St. and Wayland Ave., continue on Waterman St., turn left onto Butler Ave., left onto South Angell St., continue onto Angell St., right onto Elmgrove Ave., and then resume the regular route.

    Inbound trips will operate on the regular route.
