    All Service to CCRI Warwick Reinstated. Routes 13, 14, 16, 21, 22, 23, 29, 30, and 66 are now servicing CCRI Warwick.

     

    Multiple routes are on detour today, Monday, January 26, 2026, due to winter weather conditions. Riders may expect some delays on all routes due to weather conditions and are advised to use extreme caution at bus stops due to decreased visibility and slippery conditions.

     

    Routes 3, 4, 51, 54, 58, 66, 72 and the R-Line cannot service the back of the Providence Train Station; trips will leave Kennedy Plaza via Washington Street, turn left onto North Main Street and then resume regular route.

     

    All Park & Ride service on Routes 9x, 10x, 12x, 14, 24L, 59x, 61x, 65x, and 95x have been cancelled for Monday, January 26, 2026.

     

    The following routes are on detour:

     

    Route 6 (Prairie/Roger Williams Park Zoo):
    Service to Colony House suspended.

     

    Route 13 (Coventry/Arctic/Warwick Mall):

    Service to CCRI reinstated.

    Service to Woodland Manor reinstated.

    Service on Highland Avenue suspended. Eastbound and Westbound trips will travel the regular route to Main Street, continue on Main Street, turn right onto Pleasant Street, left onto Highland Avenue, left onto Main Street, and then resume regular route.

     

    Route 14 (West Bay):

    Service to the Park & Ride lot at Rte. 1A and 138 suspended.

     

    Route 18 (Union Avenue):
    Trips will not service Union Avenue after Webster Avenue. Outbound trips will travel the regular route to Union and Webster Avenues, left onto Webster Avenue, right onto Cranston Street, right onto Dyer Avenue, circle the island and then resume regular route. Reverse on Inbound.

     

    Route 27 (Broadway/Manton):

    Service to Hillcrest Apartments suspended.

     

    Route 35 (Rumford/Newport Ave.):
    Inbound trips will travel regular route to Summit St. and then continue onto Waterman Ave.

     

    Route 55 (Admiral/Providence College):

    Service to Rhode Island College suspended; buses will terminate at Shaw’s Plaza.

    Service to Fatima Hospital suspended.

    Service to Providence College suspended.

     

    Route 56 (Chalkstone Avenue):

    Service to VA Hospital and Stop & Shop suspended.

    Trips will terminate at Chalkstone Avenue and Sisson Street.

     

    Route 58 (Mineral Spring/North Providence):

    Trips will terminate at the Shaw’s Plaza on Admiral Street.

     

    Route 60 (Providence/Newport):

    Service to Bay View Apartments suspended.

     

    Route 64 (Newport/URI Kingston):

    Service to the Park & Ride lot at Rte. 1A and 138 suspended.

     

    Service to CCRI reinstated.

     

    Service to URI Bay Campus suspended.  Trips will not service Bridgetown Road. Outbound trips will travel on Rte. 138 West to Rte. 1 South, right onto Rte. 138 and then resume regular route. Reverse on Inbound.

     

    Route 71 (Broad St./Pawtucket Ave.):
    Trips will not enter Job Lot via Smithfield Ave.

     

    Route 78 (Beverage Hill Ave/East Providence):
    Inbound trips will travel regular route to Summit St. and then continue onto Waterman Ave.

     

    Route 87 (Fairmount/Walnut Hill):
    Service to Fairmount suspended; buses will layoff at Clinton Street lot.
    Service to Morin Heights suspended. Westbound trips will travel regular route to Cass and Sweet Avenues, continue on Cass Avenue, left onto Mendon Road, right onto Diamond Hill Road, and then resume regular route. Reverse on Eastbound.

     

    Route 92 (RI College/Federal Hill/East Side):

    Service to Rhode Island College suspended.

    Westbound trips will travel the regular route to Atwells Avenue and Eagle Street, right onto Eagle Street, left onto Valley Street, and then left onto Atwells Avenue.
