The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) has proposed a goal of 8% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation for the DOT-assisted purchases of goods and services during the 2009/2010 Federal Fiscal year, which begins October 1, 2009 pursuant to 49CFR Part 26.
RIPTA’s DBE plan will be available for review for 30 days from the date of this notice, during regular business hour, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm. RIPTA will also accept public comments for 45 days from the date of this notice.
