In the warmer months RIPTA enhances its service in Newport to include:
- Ferry service between Providence and Newport from May 16 through October 16th. Click here for ferry schedule, fares and dock locations.
- Service to Newport’s First (Easton’s) and Second Beaches on the Orange Line (Rte. 61).
- Extension of the Red Line (Rte. 62) to Fort Adams State Park.
- Extension of the Yellow Line (Rte. 67) to the Cliff Walk and Rough Point.
