  August 14, 2025 - Providence, Rhode Island – The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) will detour Route 60 (Providence/Newport) and Route 61x (Tiverton/East Bay Park & Ride) to accommodate the closing of the Mount Hope Bridge for repaving.
