Routes 8x, 9x, 10x, 12x, 14, 27, 28, 59X, 61x, 65x, 92, 95x and Quonset Express will not service bus stops on Sabin Street until further notice.
Express Route passengers should board buses on either Exchange Terrace or Empire Street.
Route 14 passengers should board buses on either Exchange Terrace or Empire Street.
Routes 27 and 28 passengers should board buses on Broadway or Kennedy Plaza.
Route 92 passengers should board buses on Atwells Ave. or Kennedy Plaza.
RIPTA will detour Route 22 (Pontiac Avenue) to accommodate the emergency closing of the Reservoir Avenue Bridge in Providence, Rhode Island until further notice. Route 22 will not serve bus stops on Reservoir Avenue between Narragansett Avenue and Elmwood Avenue.
Inbound trips will travel the regular route to Reservoir Avenue, right onto Narragansett Ave., left onto Roger Williams Avenue, left onto Elmwood Avenue and then resume regular route.
Outbound trips will travel the regular route to Reservoir and Elmwood Avenues, continue onto Elmwood Avenue, right onto Roger Williams Avenue, right onto Narragansett Avenue, left onto Reservoir Avenue and then resume regular route.
DETOUR ALERT: RIPTA will detour Route 49 beginning Monday, May 4, 2020 until further notice due to Camp St. closing
Outbound trips will travel the regular route to Doyle Ave., turn right onto North Main St., and then resume regular route. Inbound trips will travel the regular route to North Main St., turn left onto Doyle Ave. and then resume regular route.
Effective December 16, 2020, RIPTA will suspend service until further notice on Routes 62, 65 and 66 to the Park N’ Rides on Rte. 2 and Rte. 4 due to ongoing construction. Passengers are advised to park at the Wickford Train Station and board the bus there.
