30 | Arlington/Oaklawn

Due to construction work, Routes 21 and 30 will be on detour from end of the day Friday, June 24th, through 5 am Monday, June 27th. For Route 21, Inbound trips will travel regular route to Reservoir Avenue, turn right on Route 10 South to Interstate 95 North, to Memorial Boulevard to resume regular route. Outbound trips will remain on regular route.

For Route 30, Inbound trips will travel regular route to Cranston Street, turn right on Route 10 South to Interstate 95 North to Memorial Boulevard to resume regular route. Outbound trips will travel regular route.

24L | Newport/Fall River/Providence

Beginning Wednesday, June 8, Route 24L (Newport/Fall River/Providence) will be on detour for approximately three weeks.  

Outbound trips to Newport will travel regular route to Borden Street where they will pick up and drop off passengers at marked temporary bus stop on Borden near 4th Street.  From there, buses will turn right on Third Street, right on Sullivan, right on Fourth Street, left on Borden and then right on Hartwell to resume regular route. 

 Inbound trips to Providence will travel regular route to Borden Street, stopping at temporary bus stop on Borden.  From there, buses will turn right on 4th Street, right on Pleasant, and then resume regular route.

Route 92 Westbound will be on detour today through July 31, 2022 due to construction on the Atwells Avenue Bridge. 92 Westbound will travel regular route to Broadway, turn right onto Dean St., left onto Atwells Avenue and then resume regular route.

Providence, Rhode Island, May 11, 2022… The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) will detour Route 92 every Friday and Saturday from 3:30pm to 1am to accommodate outdoor dining on Federal Hill.  The detour will begin Friday, May 13, 2022 and last through October 1, 2022. 

The following detour will be in effect every Friday and Saturday from 3:30pm through 1am beginning Friday, May 13, 2022:

Route 92 (RI College/Federal Hill/East Side):

Westbound trips will travel the regular route to Atwells Ave. and Dean St., turn left onto Dean St., right onto Broadway, right onto Valley St., left onto Atwells Ave. and then resume regular route.

Eastbound trips will travel the regular route to Atwells Ave. and Valley St., turn right onto Valley St., left onto Broadway, left onto Dean St., right onto Atwells Ave. and then resume regular route.
