Wave smart cards are currently available at 7-Eleven, Shaw’s and Walgreens with a $5 activation fee.

You can reload your Wave smart card at CVS, Speedway, Family Dollar, 7-Eleven, Shaw’s, and Walgreens. Please note that you may only reload your Wave card with cash at Family Dollar.
