Providence, Rhode Island … The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) will detour Route 92 to accommodate the St. Joseph’s Festival on Federal Hill. The detour will begin at 1 pm on Friday, June 6 and last through the last trip of the day on Sunday, June 8, 2025.

Route 92 (RI College/Federal Hill/East Side):

Westbound (Outbound) trips will travel regular route to Service Road 7, turn left onto Service Road 7, right onto Broadway, right onto Harris Avenue, left onto Atwells Avenue and then resume regular route.

Eastbound (Inbound) trips will travel regular route to the intersection of Atwells and Harris Avenues, turn right onto Harris Avenue, left onto Broadway and then resume regular route.
