The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) announced today that Route 21 (Reservoir/Garden City), Route 29 (Kent County) and Route 66 (URI/Galilee) will operate on a detour on Saturday, May 21, 2016 to accommodate the CCRI Warwick Commencement Ceremony.  Routes 29 and 66 will not service the CCRI Warwick campus from 2pm to 9pm.

The following routes will be detoured on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 2pm to 9pm:

Route 21

Inbound trips will terminate at the Rhode Island Mall.

Outbound trips will start at Rhode Island Mall.

Route 29 (Kent County)

Inbound trips will travel the regular route to Toll Gate Road, right onto Rte. 2, right onto Rte. 113 (East Ave.), left at Rhode Island Mall, and then resume regular route.

Outbound trips will turn around at the Rhode Island Mall, travel to Rte. 2, left onto Toll Gate Road, and then resume regular route.

Route 66 (URI/Galilee)

Inbound trips will turn right into Rhode Island Mall,turn around at the Rhode Island Mall and then resume regular route.

Outbound trips will turn right into Rhode Island Mallturn around at the Rhode Island Mall and then resume regular route.
