The Photo ID Office in Kennedy Plaza is temporarily closed until further notice.
The Photo ID Office at RIPTA Headquarters (705 Elmwood Avenue, Providence) will be open to the public Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm (closed 12pm-1pm).

Routes 1, 71, 72, 73, 75, 76, 78, 80, QX and the R-Line will serve the new Pawtucket-Central Falls Transit Center where you can connect with MBTA Commuter Rail service to Boston and Providence. Route 78 and the R-Line will continue to serve Roosevelt Avenue.
RIPTA allows riders with MBTA monthly passes to board RIPTA buses at no cost now through July 2023. This allows riders the option of taking the bus to work or the MBTA train coming home, depending on the most convenient schedule option for the traveler.
